When enabled, the app checks Firebase every 30 seconds to detect week changes and auto-updates all users' pages. Disable to reduce Firestore reads.

Choose a week, then click Fetch & Save Spreads to pull lines from your Google Sheets and lock them into Firebase. Once saved, spreads won't change even if the sheet is updated. Then click Show This Week to display them.
